Denver Beer CO. recently opened a brand new tap room

Just a few blocks from our new D.U. duplex project. As if there weren’t already enough walkable activities, the neighborhood now has one of Denver’s best patios, with German-style beer garden tables, plenty of sunshine and a constant rotating list of craft beer to enjoy.
